The self-titled album was produced by Glenn Danzig, former singer of The Misfits.

Kinghorse first called it quits in 1992. The band temporarily reformed in 1994 with new bassist Jerry Cunningham. However, the reunion would not last long as the conflicting personalities within the band and external pressure from Caroline finally caused Kinghorse to break up again.
