1.
Staring deeper into the void Contemplating dying stars in complete silence The circular traits of man Constant replication, the futility Grasping in hope of new worlds Hoping for celestial eden The last bit of our reach Hindered only by our own ignorance Mankind Giving way to other life when our era is over We were just a speck in time Adapt A new species grows in our place Adaptation breeds new life Falling through endless circles Nothing to stop the fall Searching for greener pastures But getting lost in the fog Just as civilizations before us We will be lost to time Examining the remnants of our world Trying to understand our ways Rebuilding what we once knew In complete superiority The only heritage left behind Our own destruction
2.
Culling this disease The human condition Struggling to see past this haze Enabling the seed To fester inside my head Becoming codependent This twisted symbiosis I walk the plains of this emotional wasteland I look into myself I try to find a reason to carry on

Long lost voyage A stasis ship Thousands of lives Cryogenically preserved Left adrift Scuttled by corporate greed Sidelined and considered a threat Final destination unknown Searching for the ones we lost In these times we yearn to be free Drifting through an endless void Unbeknownst to us in our artificial sleep The fate of the entire ship Resting on a singular variable Make haste or our cause is lost Overcome the long chain of obstacles Traversing this system of secret facilities Showcasing the dark side of scientific pursuit Revision of nature causing endless mutation Mandated starvation and poverty Stay in line to be spent Inhumane and atrocious experiments Your body reduced to sludge Go forth expose this conspiracy permeating this system When all is done with how many will perish Because we strayed from the path of obfuscation Only time will tell the extent of the scars we left behind
