The EP consists of a total of five tracks, one of which is the instrumental intro. The four songs were inspired by stories written by H. P. Lovecraft, namely: 'The Call of Cthulhu' (Dream Fever), 'Pickman's Model' (The Cellar), 'Nyarlathotep' (Cosmic Void), and 'Azathoth' (The Great Horror).
